以色列(专题)国防部长卡茨18日表示，以军前一晚对伊朗(专题)首都德黑兰发动袭击，伊朗情报部长伊斯梅尔·哈提卜在袭击中身亡，以军“对伊朗的袭击强度正在增加”，“所有伊朗人都是打击目标”。
据以防长办公室当天发布的声明，卡茨在一次安全评估会议上说，他和以色列总理内塔尼亚胡共同决定，授权以军无需获得批准即可打击“任何伊朗高级官员”。
卡茨说：“以色列的政策非常明确，伊朗没有人拥有豁免权，所有伊朗人都是打击目标。”
卡茨还表示，预计当天“各个领域”都会出现“重大意外”，将“升级”以色列与伊朗、黎巴嫩真主党之间的冲突。
