[房屋出租] 加国留学遇阻大学周边房租大跳水

TD银行周二发布的一份新报告表示，人口增长放缓正在缓解加拿大住房市场的压力。

报告称，这有助于减缓针对专门建造的租赁住房的需求，并遏制了全国范围内租金的飙升。

根据最近的报告，与去年9月相比，加拿大所有住宅物业的平均租金在9月下降了3.2%，降至每月2,123加元，标志着加拿大租金连续第12个月下降。

与2023年9月相比，租金下降了1.2%，这是自2022年1月以来的首次两年期降幅。

Now we know who pushed up the housing and rental prices. Sounds like Federal government did the right thing to limit the quick growth of temporary populations (including international students and temporary workers) and immigrants. Those were demanding forces pushed the housing markets soaring up just like crazy. Remember what the real estate agents told buyers before: The housing prices will never drop as a million people will move into Canada each year. 赞 12 踩 4 回复 0
