[TFSA] 温市銀行糊涂帐连累TFSA户主遭罚

记者曾致电与旧银行查询，银行发言人以电邮回覆指，除非顾客签署免责声明，否则他们不便评论。

CRA发言人贝德鲁（Philippe Brideau）表示，基于私隐法，他们不便讨论个别个案。但他表示，银行出错确实是TFSA罚款4大原因之一。他指，将款项从一间银行转到另一间银行，没有办妥文件手续；或者银行出错，都有可能超额供款。

银行没错,5000存进去,然后转帐存到另一个TFSA里面,就是算存1w。赞踩回复 0

免税账户设立的古怪要求,才是导致众多老百姓被罚款的主要原因(虽然这个个案不是这样的case). 是时候更正一下了。赞踩回复 0
