重磅!加国设新住房机构投资130亿

在多伦多，2025 年上半年新公寓建设量下降了 60％，该机构预测，至少在未来两年内，该国最大城市的住房开工量将远低于恢复负担能力所需的水平。

CMHC 的报告还发现，今年上半年，卡尔加里、埃德蒙顿、蒙特利尔、渥太华和哈利法克斯等城市的房屋建设速度接近创纪录，主要受租赁公寓建设的推动。

该机构预测，到 2035 年，加拿大的总体住房开工量将需要增加近一倍，达到每年 480,000 套才能满足需求。

When the federal government pours $13billion into the housing market, it is not expecting housing prices to rise. It is helping to lower or level the prices. Now what will the current investors and speculators think or feel? They feel chill on their back, burdens on the shoulders and desperate in their minds.
