乘客：多人抛向天花板
机上乘客、28岁的阿兹米尔（Dzafran Azmir）向路透社讲述：“突然飞机开始倾斜并开始摇晃，所以我开始为即将发生的事情做好准备，突然间，飞机急剧下降，所有坐在座位上、没有系安全带的人都立即被抛向天花板。”
他又指“有些人的头撞到头顶的行李舱，把行李舱撞凹，他们撞到灯和放氧气罩的位置，直接撞破了。”
