No! You are wrong! BC government did not 歧视中国人. The 15% extra tax applied to all foreign real estate buyers including white people from USA and UK. BC government has the rights and responsibilities to protect and take care of their own citizens. How about your country, China has never allowed any foreigner to own freehold land in China.
