毫无悬念,BC省最昂贵的十大物业中除1个是农地(Acreage)外,其他全部位于温哥华市。

根据BC省物业评估局(BC Assessment)的数据,十大最昂贵物业的5个位于灰岬社区(Point Grey),2个位于基斯兰奴社区(Kitsilano) ,1个位于桑娜斯(Shaughnessy),前十名排名如下:
