CHR is an independent company serving Vancouver and the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.

The owner Henry Liu had more than 20 years of work experience of engineering projects which include buildings, electrical and utilities. Henry started and licensed with home inspection since 2009, and has done the inspections up to million dollars mansions and bachelor studios, covering the building age from the beginning of the last century to the new constructions. The area covers the hilly West Vancouver, North Vancouver and Vancouver West as well as the high water table White Rock and Richmond as well as Vancouver island and Victoria . Henry is a senior inspector and trainer approved by both BC government With the motto of Integrity-Diligence-Accuracy Henry is consistently and identically doing the inspections at all time and sincerely looking forwards to your success in your property search and investment. As a result, a high percentage of CHR business is from repeat customers and referrals.
