- 簿記服務，包括A / P，A / R和銀行對賬
- 數據輸入
- 發票
- 政府匯款（PST，GST）
- 協調銀行對賬單和信用卡對賬單
- 財務報表准備
- 年終審查
- 工資單
- 月度報告
- 全周期應付賬款
- 接收，排序和編碼發票
- 審核並確保發票信息的准確性
- 將采購訂單輸入系統
- 協助進行AP分析和特別報告

An eager bookkeeper / accountant 公司會計
We are looking for an eager bookkeeper / accountant preferably interested in the Inport and Export trading business.
We are a small company looking to hire a bookkeeper / accountant for full time.
Requirements for the position are as follows:
Strong communication skills
Good phone manner
Experienced in administration
Well versed with using computers
Must have experience working in an office environment
Your responsibilities will include:
- Bookkeeping services including A/P, A/R and Bank reconciliation
- Data Entry
- Invoicing
- Government remittances (PST, GST )
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
- Financial Statement preparation
- Year end review
- Payroll
- Monthly reports
- Full-cycle accounts payable
- Receive, sort, and code invoices
- Review and ensure accuracy of invoice information
- Enter purchase orders into system
- Assist in AP analysis and adhoc reporting
