从政府网站上看，BC居民最高只有2000，反而其他省的居民可以用在BC省缴的税抵扣，还可以carry foward 2年，我哪里理解错了吗？

这句话令人费解，加拿大居民的tax rate不都是0.5%吗？没有省内省外的区别啊

税率18年是0.5%，19年就按身份情况分0.5%和2%

好像是 0.5% local 1% other provinces 2% foreigners and satellite families
