CTrips travel & Tours Ltd. 是一家注册在Manitoba的公司。租房是因为父母来，而且偶尔会有公司员工入住。 背景调查会提供朋友的电话。 合同签订后住宿进去 ， 开始常规性按日出租给外人或者旅游团成员，造成物业管理委员会的气愤， 不停上告到市政府，房东中间多次警告而不停止，中间房租各种跳票，房客拒绝提前终止合同。直到市政罚款3000元，租客房同意搬出。前后经历一年。 列治文房东需要多加注意，各经纪代理出租房屋也要注意此人此事。此人可能会变换各种该公司名字租房。 检索到的政府对于此公司的公告 GovernmentAction The following describes a governmentaction that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a courtor administrative agency.
