那在你準备出价的文件里,有什么地方要特别小心呢?
到底什么是offer?

準备offer时要注意的

这种时候,準备offer的内容条款就更加重要了,因为在愕膐ffer对卖家更有吸引力的拢买家,你也更要注意保护自己的权益。

      你可能觉得这些都应呛霞s的标準内容,H上,我帮客户卖房子的时候,买家M来的合约,大部分时候都是没有标註这些内容的。
      那如果你没有标註,而过户以後才发现房子本身又是有缺陷的,你要怎么办呢? 好},我也不知道,因为已已晚了。
      1. 增加offer吸引力我倭囊涣模颂岣钱,要怎么愕膐ffer更有吸引力。
        首先,你可以减少附加条件。一般买房子的人,都会附带荩J款,查看房屋相关文件等等。
        我在这耆唤ㄗh不做任何功课,就开出无条件的offer。

        最後,我会建议,要亲自递交offer给卖家。愫唾u家亲自娴候,你可以藉机和他聊聊天,增加彼此的好感,这样子你的开价和其他的买家相比,也就更有人情的温度,卖家也会更加浬羁獭
