Hong Kong people with Canadian Passport amounting
to 300 000 , only 1/3 come to vancouver would
make the price move up by 20% or more as they
are no need for mortgage, I know some friends
they already made a deal last months.
I believe more would come especilly from other
parts of the world as Canada still a good place to live.
