BC省7月住宅房屋市场报告！看数据

（加西网综合）不列颠哥伦比亚省房地产协会（BCREA）报告称，7月份全省多重上市服务®（MLS®）共录得7,055个住宅单位销售，较去年同期下降23.9％。

BC省的MLS®住宅平均价格为695,990元，比2017年7月下降0.4％。

总销售额为49亿元，比2017年7月下降24.2％。

BCREA首席经济学家Cameron Muir表示，“BC省住房市场继续努力应对严格的新抵押资格规则导致的负担能力下降。然而，不那么狂热的住房需求在许多地区创造了更加平衡的市场条件，以至于报价降低以及更多的消费者选择。”

年初至今，BC省住宅销售额同比下降18.9％至370亿元，与2017年同期相比。

住宅单位销售量下降20.6％至50,926套，而MLS®住宅平均价格上涨2.1元分至725,639元。
