这个列市假移民顾问 坑了1600人

(加西网综合)加拿大最大的移民诈骗案--列治文New Can Consultants移民顾问公司因涉嫌移民和税务欺诈，最近再多3名雇员被判刑、一名客户被遣返，导致这宗案件被判刑的人数已经多达8人。




根据加拿大边境服务局（CBSA）的资料，该公司的1600多名客户中，现在已经有770多名客户已经丧失了永久居留权或公民身份，或面临上诉聆讯。

9月12日，CBSA表示，该公司员工叶某（Zheng Wen "Vicky" Ye）被判罚款94,532元，并被判刑两年。

CBSA表示，她承认在5年内给265名客户提供移民服务护照欺诈和失实陈述的控罪。她也是一名无牌的移民顾问，逃税金额超过42,000元。

8月份，该公司的陈某（Tian "Gary" Chen）和楚某（Xiao Ben "Ben" Chu）也因涉嫌无牌移民顾问遭到有条件的判决。




这是中国护照页面显示入境和出境邮票，已经被伪造以符合加拿大永久居民的居留要求。 （CBSA）

CBSA在陈述中表示，陈某还涉及虚假陈述，并向客户提供虚假地址和电话号码，为居住在国外的客户提供时加拿大境内居住地址，被判进行40小时的社区服务。

根据CBSA的统计，楚某还涉及在提供客户咨询时歪曲事实，即移民申请的居住历史，提供虚假信息，也被判处40小时的社区服务。

    Just me: What are our enforcement agencies doing about this? It is clear the phenomenon is widespread. Are they so underfunded that they cannot even pursue daytime robbery? The most disturbing aspect of all this are not the perpetrators and criminals. The problem is the inability of our society to put a stop to this behaviours.     这1600人本来就是按照 “死马当作活马医” 的逻辑在赌，因为反正已经住不够时间了，如果老实报也是保不住身份， 不如赌一把。

    这1600人没有一个人不知道自己的文件是造假造出来的! 都应该被遣返! 你如果知道谁是凭借假文件移民的， 一定要报告移民部门! 为加拿大清理垃圾!

    华人移民公司到处行骗，多数都造假，希望政府查查！
