Rules

All entries have to be in FLV format, size must be less than 50MB, band width not higher than 1M/s or lower than 256k/s;

Entrants will be required to read the full rules and make an entry, which will include entrant’s legal name, email address, contact phone number ,video file and caption;

All submissions must be family friendly, not containing any sex, violence, gambling, religion, politics or any thing against the Canadian law;

Each entrant can enter as many times as he/she likes but each entry has to be entered separately;

Entries with inappropriate content will be rejected. Videos in which the picture is not viewable, or the audio is not clear will be rejected;

The Submission must not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity;

All submissions must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT March 31, 2008;

User voting will take place between 12 a.m. January 1 and 11:59 p.m. March 31, 2008. All entries become the property of Westca Technology Ltd. We reserve the right to use your entry in all print and electronic media, and to add a sponsor ad before or after your video.
